XC SKi & Snowshoe
Trails leave right from the yurts on 60 acres of private land. Follow the mapped loops, make turns through the
gladed areas, or summit the top of Frost Mountain with views of Mt. Washington. Venture out onto the multi-use
snowmobile trail and do the Peary Mountain Loop. Takes about 2-3 hours and the views on top of Peary are
spectacular. All trails are FREE use to our guests. Free use of snowshoes but limited availability. Please
call ahead to reserve.

Sherman Farm in East Conway NH
Farm Fresh produce, pre-made meals, soups, baked goods, local cheeses etc. Famous for their hormone free milk in glass
bottles but you must try their flavored milks as well - FMY favorite is Blueberry!!! Or is it Banana? Homemade ice cream too.
New in 2007 is the MAZE through the cornfield - a must see and experience. Don't miss their fall hayrides and pick your own
pumpkins. Sherman's is located ¼ mile beyond the Fryeburg Town Beach at the corner of River Road and East Conway Road.

FRYEBURG TOWN BEACH
Head into Fryeburg and take a left at the lights onto 302 west
Turn right onto River Road /Rte 113 North just after the Post office
Go over the bridge that crosses the SACO RIVER and public parking will be on the right
CANAL BRIDGE
Head into Fryeburg and turn right at the lights onto 302 east
Just past the Academy turn left onto Rte 5 north towards Lovell
Go about 4-5 miles out and look for signs for Canal Bridge campground on your left. If you go
over Canal Bridge which crosses the SACO RIVER then you went too far. Pull into the road for the
campground and you'll see the public parking and picnic area. Follow the paths down to the big
long stretched out beach along the river
